Greek-Style Spinach-Olive Pizza
1 Pizza dough (use my semolina recipes from archives) 12 cup pizza sauce (see archives for recipe) 112 cups kasseri (shredded, cheese or use mozzarella cheese) 34 cup feta cheese (crumbled) tomato (sun-dried, amount desired) | 1/2 cup baby spinach (fresh, leaves stems removed and coarsely chopped) 1 red onion (thinly sliced) 12 cup kalamata olive (sliced or use black olives) TT balsamic vinegar |
Procedure:
Spread the pizza sauce onto the boboli pizza crust, then sprinkle the Kasseri or mozzarella cheese over the sauce. | |
Bake at 450°F for about 7-9 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned. | |
After baking arrange the chopped spinach leaves over the cheese, the sprinkle with sliced onions, then feta cheese, tomatoes and then sliced black olives over the top. | |
Mist balsamic vinegar over the top. |
